We have developed our own 5 axis CNC machine to mill specials.

CNC fly cutting a verge escape wheel on its arbor (this is the steel worm above for the Merlin clock). It rotates the wheel during the cut in order to undercut the shape correctly as its is an unusual deadbeat escapement.
